We build an AI-powered bookkeeping and tax platform for freelancers (zzp'ers), expats, employees and accounting firms in the Netherlands and Belgium: VAT returns filed directly to the Belastingdienst via Digipoort, an income tax wizard, receipts via app, WhatsApp and email, multi-currency invoicing in 26 currencies, an AI tax advisor, and Taxmo Kantoor for accounting firms. The Taxmo interface is available natively in nine languages: Dutch, English, French, German, Polish, Romanian, Spanish, Turkish and Arabic. For Belgium we prepare and validate the Intervat, Biztax and NBB files; you or your accountant upload them to FOD Financiën and the NBB. An accounting firm on Taxmo Kantoor that has configured its own Intervat certificate can submit the VAT return directly from Taxmo; without that certificate the upload stays manual. Our tax constants are published as open data (CC0) at /open-data.
